How can I change the order of files in a folder on Mac desktop?

How do I organize files and folders alphabetically Currently using 10.13.6 When I organize my files by name - it organizes both folders and files alphabetically. On another computer it has all the folders at the top with files alphabetically after. This is my preferred way. Both computers are running 10.13.6 I have included a screenshot inside the computer I want to fix. Thanks.
