Apple Watch to new iPhone activation lock sign in

I signed my Apple Watch out of my iPhone and now I’m trying to connect to a new one. The activation lock is on and I don’t remember the password I used to sin in with the Apple Watch then, I don’t know how to sign in or turn the lock off, what do I do?

Scroll to: "If you can't access your iPhone or Apple Watch, or if your Apple Watch isn't paired with your iPhone and you need to turn off Activation Lock:"
Proceed from there as necessary
