I have two phone lines on my Apple phone 12 pro with two e-sims. Trying to figure out if I can separate my two lines disguising and keeping my Personal text separate from my business text. The same thing for having two lines and having one voicemail. Please help me if anyone know how to fix the problem.

Disguising texts from Primary and Secondary is not available as yet. But you can always find out which text has come on which line.
VoiceMail (Visual or Normal) is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
Your profile tells me you have iPhone 12 Pro and Dual eSIM support is only available on iPhone 13 and above.
This needs clarification.
