what happen if I backup my MacBook using Time Machine after having moved my document folder in iCloud?
The doubt is: will time machine backup also the documents in iCloud?

Time Machine will only backup the files on your Mac. Files that reside on your computer that sync with iCloud will indeed be backed up (unless the file has been offloaded into iCloud only)
