Disabled Apple ID

My Apple ID was disabled/deleted and I don’t know what went wrong or how to fix it.I’ve been using my iPhone for over a year now and I didn’t change my Apple ID or password and I also didn’t login with a different device but I started receiving a prompt asking me to login to my Apple ID and when I try to log in it’ll say that the Apple ID doesn’t exist.
