When I go to System Preferences > Apple ID > iCloud and click the Manage... button for managing storage, the window pops up with a broken layout (see attached photo). I have Optimize Mac Storage turned off, but turning it on makes no difference. Any help in fixing this is greatly appreciated! TIA

After booting into safe mode, restart the Mac as you normally would to see if the preference page will load properly.
If the issue persists, create a new user account to test and see if it will preference page will load completely:

Thank you so much, Corrie! I should have booted into safe mode first thing but it slipped my mind. In safe mode, the layout is correct so I exited safe mode and started turning off apps running in the menu bar and viola! - Grammerly for Desktop breaks the layout in the iCloud Manage Storage pop up window in System Preferences.

Hi, this just fixed my problem, but instead of Grammarly it was Steam.. maybe it's a problem with all rosetta apps?
