Logitech Circle View Camera Unresponsive

To whom it may concern,


I installed my Logitech Circle View Camera on Wednesday and added it to my HomeKit, everything was working perfectly. When I woke up on Thursday, the camera was off and unresponsive, yet connected to the power outlet. I tried troubleshooting by reseting, changing outlets, re-installing on HomeKit, however, it will not even blink the light on its front. I am frustrated since this is not an inexpensive product and it did not even work for 24hrs. This purchase was made through the Apple store, so I would appreciate any help you could provide.


P.S. I already tried contacting Logitech and only received an acknowledgment e-mail and ticket number but no further communication.
