Email spam I’ve just determined that Apple is not capable of controlling email spam through their servers. Although I have received a great deal of support from Apple technicians, they do not have a method of stopping these spam emails before reaching me. My situation is that I have been receiving numerous spam emails using an email address with random numbers and letters as part of the address, but always includes a constant “savethekoala.com” as part of the address. While Apple apparently is able to provide email rules that can detect and block content within the email message, they cannot detect and block text in the senders email address. As a result of this I am left blocking messages, sending them to “junk” and then deleting them. My preference is to have these spam emails caught by the server and deleted before they reach my email. Any suggestions on how this can be accomplished?

Receiving emails that are not addressed to any email address in my inbox? Why do I get & How do I stop receiving emails that are addressed to “***WuOs@aol & ***FRW@aol” when my only email address is Blazenon***@aol, yes my name is Justin but I don’t have any address with my name in it. They're always spam mail saying I’ve won a 7 piece pan set from Walmart or 2nd attempt for a free knife set from Kohls. I get 8-12 of these emails a day and there’s no way to unsubscribe. I try to block the sender but they always change a letter or 2 in the address. How do I stop or block these emails? Has anyone else had this issue? McAfee scam emails I am being bombarded with emails warning me about my McAfee subscription expiring. I do not have McAfee. I'm getting 20+ messages a day from these scammers. I've tried reporting as spam, blocking the contact, but nothing keeps them out of my inbox. The common thing I find is that 90% of these have "onmicrosoft.com" in the From field. I tried setting rules to move messages that contain onmicrosoft.com to the junk mail folder or if the subject contains McAfee and many combinations of anything I can find in the Subject or the From fields. Nothing works. I'm running Monterey 12.5 and using Apple Mail v 16.0. I don't understand why nothing seems to work on these scam emails.

Am wondering if they are genuine messages, or not. (McAfee supply software.)

You might want to go to the McAfee webs-page about subscription reminders.

Eg: Says:::

"Choose the appropriate Solution option below ,

and follow the steps if you’re seeing these alerts or similar.

If the problem continues, contact McAfee Customer Service. "
