I do know that the box includes the 96W charger for fast charging but I prefer portability. Is 67W enough for the 10 core CPU Macbook 14inch or 10 core CPU has to be powered at least 96W?

It makes no difference on "portability"...
They are practically the same size... So, just use the 96W...
Specially, if you want to use the MagSafe3 connector. Else, you'll need to use a USB-C to USB-C cable...
Also, if you plan to keep your MBP plugged in all the time the 96W will be better...
