I used shift+cmd+5 to save a small video. Where is this file saved?

Launch Screensaver.app and click on the Options button. It will have where the files are saved and will allow you to change the location:

Open Finder and look in "movies". That is where mine end up. You can use the Spotlight search to also find the location.
