Unable to share icloud storage to all family members

At some point, my wife shared her 200G storage through Family Sharing but only one other family member uses it. We all want to use it but when she goes to Family Sharing > iCloud Storage on her Mac or iPhone, there is no option to share with the other family members that appear there. The docs suggest this is possible, so what do you have to do?

Hi alisterfromcambridge,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! From our understanding, your Wife is the Family Sharing organizer and she would like to share the iCloud Storage with the family group, is that right? You mentioned that one family member is using it, so it sounds like she is already sharing it so that would explain the option not being available on her end. Does she see " Stop Sharing with Family" instead?

In order to use it, each member can go to Settings > Your Name > Family Sharing > iCloud+ > Use Family Storage.

Check out this article: Share iCloud+ with your family under the section titled "Switch from your iCloud+ plan to your family plan".

Hope that helps!
