do not disturb turns on for computer and iphone

I noticed that if i turn on do not disturb on my phone, it also turns it on for my laptop and vice versa where if I turn it on on my laptop it turns do not disturb on my phone. I was wondering if there was a way to turn that off because I like to have my laptop on do not disturb but like all notifications to stay on on my iphone.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.0

We understand Do Not Disturb is being enabled on your Mac when enabled on your iPhone.


If you have Share Across Devices enabled in Settings > Focus on your iPhone, this may be what's causing that to occur.
