My phone

It says I’m connected to the wifi but it shows no Wi-Fi signal in the top right of my screen, only a few apps work and anything besides instagram and google says I don’t have internet connection . I got a new phone and they said it was fixed, the same thing happened, I can’t put up with it anymore. I’ve tried everything.
