I try to sign into Apple TV and it’s telling me my account is locked out. I would like to know why

Apple TV "Your account is disabled" WHY?!? I'm getting the message "your account is disabled" when signing into Apple TV on my PS5. When I try to get help from Apple on the website I can't proceed unless I enter a serial number. I don't own any Apple products! Why the fuck do I need to enter a serial number to get support about an app login (Apple TV). The support process is absolute bullshit.
