I upgraded my storage to 50 Gb and why it is still saying I don’t have enough storage?

iCloud storage is separate from the storage that is on your device. The storage on your device can’t be upgraded. iCloud lets you backup content like pictures, videos and files to the cloud so that the file (or at least not the full file size) is not stored locally.

If you have a large amount of pictures, make sure you set Photos to optimize storage and to only keep the original photos in iCloud so that it frees up more space on your device.
