Iphone heated up
I recently purchased a iphone from your company. Here are the details regarding the product:
Date of purchase: 24 September
Name of the Model: iphone13pro
I would like to say, that the piece I received was defective, it had heating problem. It is too much heated up. The product is under warranty period, I would like to get a (replacement/repair) because this purchase was a brand new one. Please let me know, what are the required protocols needed for the same.
