I don't know why I cannot create an Apple ID.
I receive both email and SMS verification codes, and email one goes through but the text message one doesn't go through.
It tells me that "Password cannot include your name, phone number, or part of your Apple ID" even though I entered correct 6 digits numbers that I receive on my SMS text message each time.
I attached a screenshot how it looks like.
I am guessing that is a message referring to a previous step you did.
