received a text message after using Safari browswer why?

I was on my iphone SE using Safari browser and searched for an actor. Within a minute I received a text message telling me i was searching the name and asked me if i remember them and to call them. I deleted the message. I want to know how to avoid getting that again & did my iphone get a virus? Please advise.
