What if I miss trade-in deadline? It took longer than expected to get new MBP and once it arrived, I had to keep using the trade-in due to it being the busiest time of year for my business.
So now I receive an email this morning stating my trade-in has been canceled. Can I contact support to reinstate the trade-in? It's now ready to ship.
