Auto reply emails may be supported by your email service provider. For example, if you're using iCloud services, you can follow the steps here to set up an out of office reply: Set up an automatic reply in Mail on iCloud.com


If using a different email service, you may need to contact them directly for further help.


If you're using macOS, you can also set up mail rules: Use rules to manage emails you receive in Mail on Mac
