Nike apps won’t open

None of my Nike apps work anymore. They all freeze when I get to the page that says “enhance customer data” and i need to click next to move on and the apps all freeze. I’ve tried every thing suggested, including changing the settings, reinstalling the apps, etc-but no dice. I’ve got the latest iPhone and everything is updated. Really frustrating. Pls help. The photo below is the last step I can reach in the Nike app, Nike run app, and Nike Training app before all of them freeze.

See this. If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support If that still does not fix things, then you need to contact the App Developer for support on their app. How to contact an app developer - Apple Support

That is really interesting. Nike is the one that develops the app and has to provide support for it. I've not seen any other reports like yours, so I would use the Get Support link at the top of the page here to contact Apple Support. Don't be surprised if they tell you that they do not provide support for 3rd party apps and send you back to Nike. I truly hope that someone can assist you.
