Hello.

When I turn on the microphone (during a call), a notification sound is played. How can i disable this?

iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 15

This is a new feature in iOS 15. The people n the call cannot hear that sound (unless your microphone picks it up). In my experience, putting your phone on silent mode (via the switch on the side of the phone) mutes the notification sound.
