Ig reels text

I have the 12 pro and am trying to edit a reel on instagram. I want text to appear at different parts of the video, but the movie reel is covered by these two buttons and I can’t move the slider. Anyone else having this issue and know how to fix it? My software and instagram app are both up to date. Pls help!!

scrolling text speed I'm trying to create closed caption text (in Motion) that will display one line of text at a time as the subject speaks the line. I've tried masking, changing text clip lengths, editing in motion, changing margins for text and can't find a way to adjust the text across the bottom of screen. The Scrolling Text in Final Cut is very limited in selecting a smaller area, adjusting speeds other than adjusting the title clip length and editing in Motion has given me control over the area of text that is displayed, one line, but not as much control over speed. I would like to be able to have a mask over text, that displays across the bottom, where I can scroll the text manually for each sentence resulting in a Closed Caption over the actress.

Text keyframe on a certain point I know how to keyframe but if I wanna set my text on a certain point in a video, how do I do that? When I try to keyframe it the text still doesn't fully stand still on the certain point, u can see that it still moves a bit.

Sticking Title and Video FCPX Generators issue This is a new issue since the latest update and only seems to affect my 3rd party plugins. When adding a simple lower thirds type text box, for example, I can no longer move the text box around the screen without it moving my entire clip. Sorry, I'm sure there is more proper terminology I could be using or explain it better but...). FCPX text boxes seem not be effected by the bug but I can no longer use any of my overlay plugins if they need to be moved around the screen at all.... It's driving me nuts! Anybody have any ideas? I create educational videos and would often have multiple text overlays explaining information, or creating a visual list as I speak. This has severely effected my work-flow...
