XR phone facial recognition stopped working after the last iOS upgrade.

If neither help, then use the Get Support link at the top of the page here to contact Apple Support for service.

You can still have it worked on, just that you will need to pay for it. The information in the support links I provided is all Apple provided on how to troubleshoot Face ID. If you do not wish to contact Apple, there is nothing else I can recommend.
