I replaced the glass on iPad mini 2, How can I tell if my LCD also need replacing. See photo
You have screen hardware fault - perhaps predicated by you attempting replacement the the screen cover glass/touch-screen digitiser. As you have attempted a repair yourself, Apple Support will have nothing to do with assisting repair of your iPad.
You are well and truly on your own.
