after IOS15 update my outlook app wont connect to my email server, i have verified there is no issues on the server side. it has to be the IOS update and apple issue. please help

i figured a work around since it was an exchange issue, i set up the email using and IMAP server and it worked for anyone who has the same issue
Which email is affected - Apple/iCloud, Hotmail/Outlook, Google etc?
If Hotmail/Outlook, google or Yahoo then it may require re authentication or an app specific password. Is there any error message under the account requesting the need to log in to the account?
Have you deleted the account & set it up again?
Is there any error message when you access the account/send/receive email?
Is the outlook app the free or paid version (via MS 365)?

Its my work email, with a specific server address and i have never had an issue with it and outlook until friday. my email works fine on the "MAIL" app but i prefer to use the outlook app. i have deleted the app, renstalled it and tried everything nothing works
