Doctor Who Season 13 Episode 6 still not loaded

I bought a season pass for Doctor Who series 13. The sixth episode finale aired yesterday, which means it should be available for streaming today. I’m not seeing it on any device. Am I the only one?

Here's iTunes supports latest response:

"Thanks so much for replying to my email and for sharing the details of your situation. I do understand your concern in this matter.

I informed our Engineering team of the issue, and they will let the TV network know.

Please be advised that episodes on the iTunes Store are only being provided to us by TV networks. We do not have an estimated timeframe on when the TV network will correct the missing episode that was already broadcasted on their end.

As mentioned, there can be a delay, and release dates can vary depending on when will they be able to provide us their content.

While it is not necessary to contact the TV Network, every report to them helps so they can also be aware of the issue.

Lastly, I’ve also submitted a copy of this case to our feedback department on your behalf. This is a specialized team that reviews all customer input about the iTunes Store, in an effort to improve their experience with all the features we have to offer.

I also encourage you to use our official feedback page to have your voice heard:

Except that Amazon's Prime Video had the episode on Monday morning, as scheduled.

I think the actual problem might be exactly what the iTunes support person said: Apple takes zero responsibility for delivering the content we paid them for. They said very clearly that they don't do anything, and that the BBC delivers it when they deliver it. As the company that actually received our money, I feel like Apple should take some responsibility for contacting the BBC and asking after the content. It's not reasonable to tell users to do this. This could simply be a glitch or someone out sick on the BBC end, but if the Apple people who charged us never bother to follow up because they're sitting with their hands folded waiting for lightning to strike, that's a problem.

This whole streaming landscape is a mess, but we can at least expect whichever company took our money to deliver the product, right?

No, you're not the only one. I've noticed that several other people are leaving 1-star reviews for the episode in Apple TV. I've tweeted to Apple Support and was asked to send them a DM but I haven't received a response yet. I'm wondering if there's a rights issue and that's why the show isn't appearing. What's frustrating is that there is no information to explain what the issue is: Is it technical? Is it a rights issue?

And why is AppleTV pushing AMC+ to let me know that I can subscribe there and see the episode. It's frustrating because the series pass says that we purchased the right to see all the episodes from the series.

Hoping this gets worked out soon! At this point, I'll probably not purchase a series pass again. It's not worth the frustration.

Since the Beeb has been promoting AMC+ so heavily, I suspect they've signed a deal where AMC+ will get first crack at the Doctor episodes, and the rest of us will have to wait for the sixth Flux episode to filter down, after of course, we've seen all the spoilers.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if all Dr. Who stuff vanished from HBO Max and Prime soon and are only available at AMC+.

It's just a guess, and yeah, I don't like it either.
