I bought a season pass for Doctor Who series 13. The sixth episode finale aired yesterday, which means it should be available for streaming today. I’m not seeing it on any device. Am I the only one?
Episode 6 is finally showing up for me after I spent almost an hour with tech support this morning! I guess they found the problem.
Yeah, I'm not doing any free labor in contacting the BBC for them (how would we even do that?). I ended up buying the final episode on Prime Video, because I had a sick kid who'd really been looking forward to it, and it was increasingly difficult to avoid spoilers. But I'm upset, in part because I've been really trying to get away from purchasing content on Amazon. This was my first effort to move to Apple instead. I don't know whether this is a routine thing or not, but I'm not super impressed. Maybe I'm stuck with Bezos after all.
Thanks Sheryl, that's helpful. I don't know why Prime Video would have the episode when Apple doesn't, but if this is how they operate, I guess I know where to buy my season pass the next time. Bummer.
Anger is rising that I actually paid real money for a whole season and two days after the premier in the USA, episode six is still not available. Do I demand a 1/6th refund? Should I turn to a torrent download? What are my options?

Insult to injury. They added a new video bringing the count up to 17. It is “112. The Flux Story Breakdown”. For a moment this morning I hoped all was fixed. But no. Getting angrier!
