The microphone of my iphone 13 Pro max not working during driving. Carplay is on and working OK except no one hears my voice in phone call. I can hear their voice.
Any suggestion?
Apple support is suck and the technician could not solve the problem. Waiting like an hour or more.
Let me ask you a question. This happened to me with my vehicle, but it wasn't using CarPlay. I muted the music just prior to initiating the call. It seems that it muted the microphone in the car, so when I attempted to make the call, since I was connected to Bluetooth, I couldn't be heard, since the call does not use the mic on the iPhone for the call. Now, even though you are connected to CarPlay, if you look at the iPhone screen, is the mute switch lit?
No. I did not switch off the music.
No problem before I upgraded the Iphone software to IOS 15
