I am unable to Disable scan text feature. Camera starts to look for text even if I want to type, It hides some portion of the keyboard. Please help

Go to Settings > General > Language & Region. Then turn off the toggle button next to “Live Text“.
I can’t get my keyboard, and the answers don’t make sense. I don’t have a photo preference in my settings.
Still no access to the keyboard.
