I can no longer find the choice to force the flash to fire when taking a photo on iPhone XS running 15.1

Open the Camera app ➔ Tap on the Up Arrow which is located at the top center of the camera screen ➔ Tap on the Flash symbol at bottom Left ➔ Tap on ON.
