I bought a apple sent it to be used when they went to use it said it ha already been redeemed and it hadn’t I need a refund

I bought a apple gift card a d sent the information for them to use it from the parking lot of the store and when they got it and checked it it said already redeemed but it wasn’t I need refund to get another card from different store
