How do I remove my moms Apple ID from this phone when it’s the one that set up the phone? It won’t update but has my Apple ID on it also

I recommend that you speak to your mom about this. This is because she will have to release the iPhone to your Apple ID. This also means resetting the iPhone completely and then setting it up again under your Apple ID. Speak to your mom about this.
