Unfortunately, you cannot set an alarm for a later date. You can however use Reminders or Calendar to notify you.

You can use an iOS app that provides such a functionality. One such app is Galarm (www.galarm.app) which allows you to set an alarm for any future date and time, and with smart repetition options as well.
