Hey i would like to download instagram and it keeps asking for billing info when i already have my card on my phone. I need instagram I deleted instagram and now that i’m trying to re download it’s not letting me and saying to put in billing info. and when i out the billing info nothing happens. i just want instagram

Is this question related to How to update billing information? If YES, then open Settings ➔ Apple ID (Your Name at Top) ➔ Payment & Shipping ➔ Add Payment Method.
