I set my iphone8 to receive only calls from my contacts. How do I remove that setting!

I set my iPhone 8 to receive only calls from my contacts. How do I change this to receive ALL calls?

Go to Settings > Phone > scroll down to Silence Unknown Callers and turn that off.
