My phone couldn't download image in Whatsapp if using Wi-Fi

Appear error on my phone "Couldn't download image. Try again. If the problem keeps happening, try off Wi-Fi or VPN, or connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Have you tried:

Toggling on, then off "Airplane Mode?"
If your iPhone has a VPN app installed, disabled it?
Tried connecting it to another Wi-Fi network?
Contacted the WhatsApp developer to see if there is an update for this app?
Anything else?
