WhatsApp status update not happening

Even after buying iPhone 13

i am not able to upload videos / pics to the status

“couldn’t send “ error occurs

in android there is no issue but I am facing this in my new phone as well as iPhone XR version

Whatsapp error Appear error on my phone "Couldn't download image. Try again. If the problem keeps happening, try off Wi-Fi or VPN, or connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.

WhatsApp is not an Apple product, best you ask the app developer on their website/forum for support.
