i cant load photos on my icloud i

it’s already 60 gb of memory in photos i want to send it to my icloud and i don’t know what can i do I CANT DELETE EVERYTHING EVERYTIME I WANT TO USE WHATSAPP OR TELEGRAM

You can enable iCloud photos at Settings > Photos

Make sure that you have enough space in iCloud. Purchase space at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201318
