Hello,
I have an IPhone 12 mini and i can't open my photos on my iMac. Even when i log into my iCloud online, you are unable to see most of the photos. I've tried various ways to try and access them but none of them work. Please help!

What version of MacOS do you have on your mac mini? If you have an outdated version, it is possible your phone is taking images in HEIC format, and your mac can't read them.
You need High Sierrra 10.13 or later to work with HEIC images.
