System picking output of speaker as input.

Hi everyone,

I got my first mac and I'm facing an issue with it!

The system is picking output of the speaker as input, for example, If I'm on a call (Discord/Google meet/ Zoom/Slack) and I'm playing some video/audio. The same audio is been heard by the people on another side!!! and that without Screen Sharing.

If I'm not sharing my screen then why is it picking the sound? It's weird.

I tried to find all sorts of answers but had no success, so please please help me. I'm new to the macOS ecosystem and this thing is broken from the first day.
