We just bought a brother QL-1110NWB label printer to replace our old Ql 570. We have the P-touch software which stopped saving templates months ago and we are unable to download the most up-to-date P-touch software from the app store and we are using OS Monterey. The Brother helpline is not helpful at all.
Does anyone have an idea of what we are doing wrong?

You are probably doing nothing wrong. It appears that the software is not yet compatible with Monterey.
FWIW, I don't have a Brother label printer however, I had no problem downloading or installing Brother P-touch Editor from the App Store in Monterey.
What happened when you tried downloading?
We can download it, but it just won't open. We uninstalled the older version 5.1 which doesn't save anything and still won't load. This is so frustrating.
