13 mini stuck in Inverted colors

My 13 mini turned on stuck glitching in between inverted colors. I went to accessibility settings and turned off smart invert; other invert settings were already off. That didn't help. Updated all of my apps and downloaded the new apple software update. That didn't work either. I've rebooted multiple times. I've performed a network reset.

The only things I can say is that whenever I tried to press the side button three times after turning off smart invert, I could never get it right even when I altered the speeds. I could be doing it wrong, but i'm not sure. I'm at loss at what to do now.
