There's tons of software that will let you backup a Windows computer. Asking in a windows centric forum may provide better answers than a Mac centric forum however. This is a forum for Apple products not Windows computers. And specifically you chose the forum for Mac computers running High Sierra which has no relation to Windows whatsoever.
