Hi. I would like to order AppleWatch 7 series GPS+Cellular type from Apple Store. But before I would like to know if I can connect the Apple Watch with the local SIM card and get calls with the watch if for example I will leave my iPhone at home and have only watch with me. I am from Armenia.
No Physical SIM slot. The Apple Watch has an eSIM built-in.
The Cellular + GPS Apple Watch has an eSIM and shares the iPhone's phone number, and the carriers that support the Apple Watch charge a monthly fee. In the U.S. the fee is $10 per month. Here is a list of carriers that support the Apple Watch:

Also the Apple Watch does not do roaming, so unless you are also in Armenia, you could not use an Armenia carrier while out-of-the country on the Apple Watch. The iPhone, yes, but not the Apple Watch.
