First, we suggest removing any accessories (i.e. case, film, etc.), cleaning the lens with a microfiber cloth, and restarting your iPhone. Take a look at the steps in the section "If the camera isn't working" in the below article to learn more:

From there, let's be sure the device is fully updated since fixes are included with each update. If an update is available, we suggest having a current backup to iCloud or to a computer, first.
