Apple TV sporadically gets blurry
TV sporadically gets blurry, then after a few seconds returns to perfect focus.

As far as I know, this happens when the network is unable to supply adequate throughput to support a full HD stream. I've read that an HD stream requires 8-10 Mbps of network. When you fall below that, you will notice the picture deteriorate. I'm imagining that 4K streaming requirements are higher yet - but I don't have experience with 4K.
