Exactly which power adapter to purchase for new iPhone 13 Pro: for the Magsafe charger and also for the useless cable that comes with the iPhone13?

Do both- the cable that is included with the iPhone 13 and the cable/fitting of the Magsafe charger actually fit into a USB-C power adapter? (Which one?)

20 W or 30W adapter?

Apple should include adapter especially for what they charge for the phone. And since they don't they should at least make clear what is needed.
