mail menu bar
Just upgraded from 10.13 to 12.0 and want to remove the items in the Mail menu bar that are 100% useless and arrange them buttons for a normal workflow. How do I edit Mail's menu bar to be useful?

With "menu bar" do you mean Toolbar?
Right click o the Toolbar and choose Customize Toolbar...
A panel will open where you can choose icons to be included/excluded and to arrange them.
