New Apple Watch 7 came with charging cable but no adapter.

New apple watch 7 came with Magnetic charging cable but no adapter. What do I need? My old adapter is USB but this is not.

You need to buy yourself a 20w USB C charging plug. You can buy one from Apple, Best Buy or Amazon. I personally like the Anker Nano 20w USB C plug. $16 at Best Buy.

A lot of computers have USB-C ports on them so if you have a computer manufactured in the past 3-4 years there's a good chance you can charge through your computer.
